Events in all fields of consciousness including trance and dreams, according to Kuan Yin (in The Living Word of Kuan Yin), are valid parallel realities—that soul is the eternal voyager in a timeless universe. Ego is unique in its in-time perceptions of reality—yet it is the conscious mind's incredible perceptual abilities affording us the ability to traverse and also fashion reality. Insisting that we are “jugglers of the dream (waking consciousness) and the world of dreams”, Kuan Yin states: “You’re at page ten but I understand the entire evolution. In reality, it’s already over. It’s a dream. Remember? You’re living a dream. It’s very complicated to hold the dream and live the dream. You are learning the art of juggling the dream and the world of dreams. Nobody really gets hurt.”

Concept Patterns & Their Corresponding Emotions

Your beliefs are the living root creating any existing pathway. Expressions of the soul, emotions are the active components of a life pathway, cementing any concept pattern. As we are divine, multidimensional beings having "already lived all of our lives", a probable expansive concept pattern with its corresponding emotions will always parallel a limiting concept pattern:

Kidnapped, ferreted down a manhole, my son had disappeared into the deep interiors of my dream. Trying to be of assistance, a stranger solemnly pointed the way. Following his direction, scurrying down some steep, winding staircase, I found myself in a dank underworld. Determined to find my son, I crawled toward the center of some spiral vortex. Following others who seemed to be on the same path, clods of dirt stuck cold and damp against my skin. The vortex seemed to be a symbol for a specific “family” of beliefs, some limiting reality framework I’d been magnetized to. Did this concept pattern symbol also represent a connection to some ancient lifetime? I wasn't sure. Reaching the center of the first vortex, I hoped this dismal experience would soon end. Realizing that I'd traveled as far as I could go in this apparently closed framework, I wished for transformation. Suddenly, I found myself circling another vortex. Hoping this represented a rebirth for me, I realized that this new framework was affording me a much grander, open perspective.

You therefore do not have to begin the process from scratch. To retrieve a specific concept pattern all one has to do is to recall a positive belief and any emotion or memory associated with it. A specific memory triggers an emotion; automatically aligning related latent “memory fields”. Music, for example, has a powerful ability to trigger memories and their corresponding feelings from the past. It has been demonstrated that expansive feelings, initiated by music, can potentially have a positive impact on the cells. The mind, therefore, has the ability to reconfigure (from millions of potential pathways) the specific memory pathway corresponding to a thought and its emotion:

“Gather your questions together. Meet me with your questions. Ideas don’t just float in the universe; they are linked together, related. If you don’t have a thought I can’t have an answer." Kuan Yin

Integration of mind processes can be compared to architectural design. The ultimate design (reality) is dependent upon which materials the architect chooses to construct the building: which beliefs, emotions and intent groupings will be incorporated into the structure. We (as the architects of consciousness) constantly construct and reconstruct belief concept patterns.

However, healing and its positive biological responses can only occur when there is a deliberate, conscious effort to alter the original limiting belief. Because unwanted concept patterns can be persistent, Kuan Yin recommends repeating specific affirmations or mantras:

“Say and believe that more and more you can have all the possibilities. It is your mantra. I want you to believe and be open to receiving…Focus upon it and breathe in what it represents to those areas of the body that need healing.” Kuan Yin

One's belief constructs and their emotions can form into unseasonably balmy weather or brutal, unforgiving storms. An individual therefore has choices, opportunities to experience all points of convergences: the summers, springs, falls and winters of one's life. Seasons can change in a blink of an eye, ushered in or driven asunder by the winds of one’s beliefs and emotions.

Indeed, we are all enduring a “season" that we intuitively know is destined for transformation. In this new millennium, old and beleaguered concept patterns are being challenged. It only a matter of time before the limiting beliefs governing this reality will ultimately crack under their own massive weight. When and how that transformation will occur remains to be seen.

We know that words are powerful expressions of one's beliefs and thoughts. Expansive beliefs drive expansive emotions such as love, acceptance and desire. If you believe you are worthy: that you deserve to be loved, the energy field resonating outward from you will actually attract events mirroring such an expansive belief. It will also color your perceptions of what you hear and experience. What you experience cycles around, triggering, indeed nourishing the appropriate expansive emotions.
